Because the ESAT is new, there are not many official ESAT papers yet. Here is what is available and how to build a full preparation plan around it.
Start with the free official practice papers and specification from UAT-UK at esat-tmua.ac.uk. They are the best guide to the real question style.
Before the ESAT, Cambridge used the ENGAA (Engineering) and NSAA (Natural Sciences). Their multiple-choice sections cover very similar maths and science. They are excellent extra practice. See our guides to ENGAA past papers and NSAA past papers.
When you run out of papers, keep practising at the real pace. Chick Run ESAT has 20 mocks for each module, 27 questions in 40 minutes, with instant marking and worked solutions.

Yes. The ESAT replaced the ENGAA and NSAA, and their multiple-choice questions are close in style and content. Use them for extra practice, but remember the ESAT gives 27 questions per 40-minute module, so the pace is faster.
Use full-length original mock modules with a 40-minute timer, and topic practice for weak areas. Keep the official ESAT practice papers for your final rehearsals.
